Ian Cooper and Mollie Mohan defeated a Section 1983 claim brought by two faculty members seeking injunctive relief against Southern Illinois University and a University administrator. The case was heard before Judge David Herndon of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. The Court entered its Order denying the faculty members’ claims on July 6, 2015.

Mollie represents colleges, universities, and private employers in labor and employment matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mollie worked at a large-sized litigation firm in Saint Louis. While in law school, Mollie was a student law clerk to the Honorable Jean C. Hamilton of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
