Ian Cooper and Mollie Mohan Win Section 1983 Case for Southern Illinois University

Ian Cooper and Mollie Mohan defeated a Section 1983 claim brought by two faculty members seeking injunctive relief against Southern Illinois University and a University administrator. The case was heard before Judge David Herndon of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. The Court entered its Order denying the faculty members”™ claims on July 6, 2015.

While in law school, Mollie was a student law clerk to the Honorable Jean C. Hamilton of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
