John Reynolds and Robert Jackstadt successfully completed a two-week trial in Madison County, Illinois and secured a verdict of approximately $4.7 million dollars on behalf of the firm’s clients. At issue in the trial was whether the defendants”™ horizontal directional drilling operations near the Wood River Refinery in Hartford, Illinois had damaged an underground sewer belonging to the Plaintiffs.
