Ian Cooper and Amy Clendennen Win MHRA Jury Trial for Missouri State University

Ian Cooper and Amy Clendennen won a five-day jury trial for Missouri State University on June 26, 2015. The plaintiff in the case, a faculty member at the University, made claims of age discrimination and retaliation under the Missouri Human Rights Act (“MHRA”) against the University and several administrators.
