Celynda Brasher, Tueth Keeney shareholder, and Michelle Basi, Tueth Keeney associate, recently won summary judgment in a lawsuit filed in the Eastern District of Missouri. The pro se plaintiff filed charges against St. Charles Community College alleging race, age and gender discrimination.
