An Important Message From Tueth Keeney Cooper Mohan & Jackstadt, PC

Date: March 23, 2020

We take the health, well-being, and safety of our firm’s members and employees, their families and our clients seriously. We have determined it is in the best interest of our community to encourage all TKCMJ lawyers, paralegals, IT and certain other staff to work remotely. TKCMJ previously upgraded its technology to allow attorneys to work remotely in an effective and efficient manner when needed, but we have recently further upgraded our technology to allow other staff to do so as well.  We are also committed to being in regular contact with each other, primarily through email, telephone and video conference. These efforts have been put in place in order to continue to provide you with the personal contact, quality services and efficient results you have come to expect from TKCMJ.

While we encourage our lawyers and other staff to work from home and have restricted most visitors to our office, there are times when in-office activities are required. Accordingly, our St. Louis, Missouri and Edwardsville, Illinois offices will remain open during normal business hours. While we remain open, social distancing and hygiene rules will be followed. Specifically, we will practice six-foot spacing. Hand sanitizer and wipes are available for use by both clients and staff. No more than 10 people will be in the office at any one time.  We ask that all visitors respect these requirements.

These are difficult times for all of us. Our thoughts continue to be with everyone affected by this pandemic. Please remain healthy and safe as we work through these challenging times.
