Melanie Gurley Keeney recently served as a presenter at the Missouri/Kansas AILA Chapter Conference held at Kansas University. Melanie’s presentation on Employment-Based Nonimmigrant Visas focused on understanding the importance of being a non-immigrant, current understanding of the workplace visa H-1B; and NIV at the consulate.
