Ian Cooper Participates in Employment Law Alliance Webinar Addressing ADA Amendments

Tueth Keeney shareholder Ian Cooper presented a webinar to over 1,300 participants on the recent amendments to the Americans with Disabilities Act. The webinar, which took place on January 14, 2009, was hosted by the Employment Law Alliance (ELA), an international alliance of elite labor and employment law firms. Clients and friends of the firm were invited to participate in this free webinar which featured experienced employment lawyers from accross the country offering insights into the recent changes in Disability Law.   Ian spoke on litigation risks to employers presented by the amendments to the ADA.
