The MSBA presented a series of webcasts for its members on collective bargaining and labor relations for Missouri Schools.
Celynda’s webcast titled, “Good and Not-So-Good Contract Language in Collectively Bargained Agreements” discussed specific contractual provisions districts should avoid, and also demonstrated example provisions that should be included in every agreement. She highlighted current agreements with Missouri schools and out of state schools.
