Rebecca Martin

Attorney At Law / Associate

Rebecca’s area of focus is immigration law. She helps corporations, educational institutions, and individuals with their varying immigration needs, including attaining temporary and permanent visas, employment eligibility verification compliance, and waivers of the Exchange Visitor Two-Year Home-Country Physical Presence Requirement.

Rebecca was heavily involved in clinics throughout law school. She worked in BYU’s Community Legal Clinic during all three years, primarily assisting clients with marriage-based immigration. She mediated court cases and student conflicts as part of BYU’s mediation clinic. Rebecca also represented her peers as a Student Bar Association Representative during her 2L year. She actively participated in trial advocacy and was a finalist in the Linda Anderson Trial Advocacy competition each year. During her last semester, Rebecca worked with a team of students, professors, and members of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights to revitalize the Office’s “Faith For Rights” framework, revising the toolkit and incorporating activities and discussion aids to make it more accessible for people throughout the world.
