Melanie Gurley Keeney recently presented a webinar entitled “Employment Discrimination Caselaw Update.”   She presented an update of cutting-edge cases in employment discrimination that have followed since the en banc 7th Circuit found a sexual orientation discrimination claim to be cognizable under Title VII.
