D. Shane Jones Obtains Dismissal of Unfair Labor Practice Charge Filed Against Marion School District

On May 21, 2009, the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board issued a final decision regarding an unfair labor practice charge brought against the Marion Community Unit School District. D.
